Five Months of Building

It’s been five months since the last update. A lot happened.

Noontide is the company now. Main Branch is the main product, a Skool community where people build AI that knows their business. Structured reference files in, real outputs out. When I improve a skill, every member gets it.

Ads Lab evolved. Teaching advertising proved the model. Main Branch takes it further. From one skill to the whole operating environment.

Thoth makes The Commune box real. My 2018 MacBook Pro runs in clamshell mode as an always-on AI agent node. Morning briefs, signal scouts, community automation. Not theoretical anymore.

Awake Happy is winding down. It taught me everything. Time to move on.

Commune still powers this wiki. A lot of what I was building toward showed up in other tools. The ideas live on in Main Branch and in these notes.

New notes added: Main Branch, Noontide, Thoth. Existing notes updated to reflect where things are now. The wiki was frozen in October 2025. These notes are alive again.
